While you will meet with an experienced (Master or PhD Level) licensed Thrive therapist, this is not therapy. It is a consultation focused on developing strategies for meeting your current personal and professional life-goals. This might include talking about:

Personal Relationships
Substance Use
Physical Health
Life Direction
Personal Issues
To begin, sessions are generally kept to 30 minutes.
At the end of the session, the consultant from Thrive Boston Counseling can refer you to a health professional in your area, or schedule another telephone appointment with you.
